What is a concrete floor sander?
A concrete floor sanders is a heavy-duty machine designed to grind and polish the surface of concrete floors. Most sanders use a motor to power a rotating disc containing abrasive particles, which wears down the floor’s surface and thus removes roughness and unevenness.

How do they work?
Sanders use rotating discs with abrasive pads to grind down the surface of a concrete floor. These discs come in varying levels of coarseness, allowing the user to gradually grind the surface of the concrete down to the desired level of smoothness.

This lightweight handheld machine seamlessly rotates its 100° tilt angled head, making fiddly tasks much simpler, and is compatible with a range of sanding discs. It also comes with its own compact dust extraction unit, which results in a relatively mess-free experience.
